Last weekend, a wonderful time was had by everyone attending the Scottish Association of Writers Annual Conference. Erskine Writers was well represented and members brought home a few of the prizes, as usual.

From Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, we were busy listening to interesting speakers, learning at workshops, chatting to friends old and new from all over Scotland, waiting to see who was mentioned in the competition adjudications, and enjoying the chatter, food and excellent accommodation at the Westerwood Hotel just north of Glasgow.

Erskine Writers is now closed for the Easter Holidays but will resume on Tuesday 21stApril, when members may bring manuscripts to read as well as any further SAW feedback.
